公司一期工廠總投資2.9億元人民幣，產(chǎn)能達(dá)80萬張/月。主要產(chǎn)品有高性能聚四氟乙烯PTFE高頻覆銅板、高導(dǎo)熱鋁基覆銅板以及阻燃型環(huán)氧玻纖布覆銅板FR-4、環(huán)氧復(fù)合基覆銅板CEM-3、多層板半固化粘結(jié)片和High-CTI、無鹵素各系列覆銅板。產(chǎn)品主要供應(yīng)制作單、雙面及多層線路板，廣泛應(yīng)用于射頻、微波、5G通訊等領(lǐng)域；LED照明電路、厚膜混合集成電路、電源電路、固態(tài)繼電器等領(lǐng)域以及手機(jī)、汽車、通訊設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)以及各種電子產(chǎn)品中。

公司新建二期工廠總投資4.65億元人民幣，于2019年11月正式投產(chǎn)，新增產(chǎn)能覆銅板CCL產(chǎn)量100萬張/月，PP 280萬平米/月。主要產(chǎn)品為無鹵素?zé)o鉛制程兼容多層芯板，高速電路用低介質(zhì)損耗、高耐熱層壓板材料。產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車電子類、HDI PCB、智能互連電子、電源、儀器儀表、服務(wù)器、存儲、交換機(jī)、路由器、電信、通訊設(shè)備類、基站等各種電子產(chǎn)品中。

Brief introduction of the company

Founded in June 2010, Jiangxi Province Hangyu New Material Co. LTD is located in Bingjiang Industrial Park, Yuanzhou District, Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 118,000 square meters. As a new high-tech enterprise, the company specializes in the production of high-powered copper-clad laminates and providing solutions to using related materials. It has gained the certifications of ISO 9001 quality management system, IATF16949:2016 quality management system, GJB 9001B weapon and equipment management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system, UL, CQC and several other international management systems.

With a first stage of investment of 290 million RMB, the company’s monthly production reaches 800 thousand sheets. Its main products include high-powered PTFE high-frequency copper-clad laminates, aluminum copper-clad laminates with high thermal conductivity, flame retardant epoxy fiberglass cloth copper-clad laminates FR-4, epoxy composite copper clad laminates CEM-3, multilayer semi-solid adhesive sheets, High-CTI, and various series of halogen-free laminates. These products are mainly provided to make single, double sided and multilayer circuit boards, and are widely used in a large number of fields such as radio frequency, microwave, 5G communication, LED lighting circuits, thick film hybrid integrated circuits, power supply circuits, solid-state relays and so on. Besides, they are also applied to mobile phones, automobiles, communication equipment, computers and other electronic products.

Newly constructed in November, 2019, the second stage of the company has put in an investment of 465 million RMB, with a new capacity of 1 million sheets of CCL and PP of 2.8 million square meters per month. The main products are multilayer halogen and led free drying plates, low dielectric loss materials used in high speed circuit and high heat-resistant laminated sheets, which are commonly used in various electronic products like automotive electronics, HDI PCB, intelligent interconnected electronics, electric power source, instruments, meters, servers, memorizers, exchangers, routers, equipment of telecommunications and communications and base stations.
